Ontario Teachers’ Finance Trust’s $1.75 Billion Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represents Ontario Teachers’ Finance Trust in a 144A/Reg S offering of $1.75 billion 2.125 percent senior notes due 2022 guaranteed by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board.

The joint book-running managers for the offering are Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and RBC Capital Markets, LLC. The co-managers for the offering are Barclays Bank PLC, BMO Capital Markets Corp. and CIBC World Markets Corp.

The transaction launched and priced on September 12, 2017, and is expected to close on September 19, 2017.
