Cleary Gottlieb represented Pampa Energía S.A. (Pampa) in its international offering of Rule 144A/Regulation S Series 3 $300 million 9.125% notes due 2029.
The transaction priced on July 2, 2019, and closed on July 10, 2019. Pampa will use the net proceeds of the offering to refinance existing liabilities and finance capital expenditures in its energy businesses.
