Payback Italia in Establishing Loyalty Points Program

Cleary Gottlieb is assisting Payback Italia, a member of the American Express Group, in connection with the establishment in Italy of a novel multi-partner loyalty points program. The Payback program, launched in January 2014, includes major consumer brand partners, such as Carrefour, Esso, Alitalia, 3 and Mediaset Premium.
