Pluspetrol in $450 Million Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Pluspetrol S.A. in its $450 million offering of 7.55% senior notes due 2037.

The offering launched on June 22, 2026, priced on June 24, 2026, and is expected to close on June 30, 2026. The notes are expected to be listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and trade on A3 Mercados.

BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Santander US Capital Markets LLC, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as global coordinators and joint bookrunners.

Pluspetrol is a leading Argentine private oil and gas company with high-quality production assets in Argentina and the second largest company in the Vaca Muerta formation by acreage, with over 413,000 net acres across Argentina. Pluspetrol is part of the Pluspetrol Resouces group, one of the largest private oil and gas operators in Latin America, present in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, the United States, the Netherlands, Peru, and Uruguay.
