Province of Neuquén in $500 Million Debt Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the Province of Neuquén, a province of the Republic of Argentina, in its international debt offering of $500 million 7.35% notes due 2034.

The notes were offered in the United States in a private placement under Rule 144A and outside of the United States in reliance on Regulation S.

The offering priced on July 23, 2026 and is expected to close on July 30, 2026. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Santander US Capital Markets LLC served as global coordinators and joint bookrunning managers, with Balanz Capital UK LLP serving as joint bookrunning manager.
