Cleary Gottlieb represented the Raine Group (Raine) in the formation of its third growth equity fund, Raine Partners III LP.

Cleary has also represented Raine in its other fundraises, including the predecessor funds in the Raine Partners series, the Raine Venture Partners series, and the Raine Liquid fund series.
