Cleary Gottlieb represented the Raine Group in the sale of a majority interest in C3 Presents and C3 Booking, Raine portfolio companies, to Live Nation Worldwide. C3 Presents is an independent concert promotion, event production and artist management company based in Austin, Texas which promotes and produces, among other events, Austin City Limits Music Festival and Lollapalooza. Live Nation is a live-events company focused on concert promotions, ticketing and artist management. The transaction closed on December 19, 2014.
