Cleary Gottlieb represented Ranhill Holdings Berhad in its Ringgit Malaysia 387 million (approximately $100 million) public offering. CIMB and Maybank acted as joint bookrunners. The shares were sold through a registered public offering in Malaysia and through a Regulation S offering outside Malaysia. The deal priced on March 3 and the shares were listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on March 16.
