S offering of $500 million in 4.950 percent notes due 2028 of Rede D’Or Finance S.à.r.l., a Luxembourg limited liability company, guaranteed by Rede D’Or São Luiz S.A., a Brazilian corporation.
The offering closed on January 17, 2018.
Rede D’Or is the largest independent private hospital network in Brazil, comprising 35 hospitals and 35 specialized oncology clinics, with a strong market position in the mid- and high-end markets in strategic locations throughout the Brazilian states of Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Pernambuco and the Federal District. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
