Renaissance Partners in Acquisition of a Minority Stake in Socfinaf Company

Cleary Gottlieb represented Renaissance Partners in a joint venture acquisition of Socfinaf Company (a Kenyan land company). The acquisition was conducted via an investment entity, SCF Holdings II. The firm led the corporate and finance aspects of the transaction and also advised Renaissance Partners on various post acquisition restructuring matters.
