Cleary Gottlieb represented RentPath (fka PRIMEDIA), a portfolio company of TPG, in a refinancing and upsizing of its existing credit facility and a related dividend. The financing was provided by a syndicate of banks with JPMorgan as agent, and consisted of a $400 million senior secured term loan B facility and a $45 million senior secured revolving credit facility.
