Cleary Gottlieb represented Santander US Capital Markets LLC, as initial purchaser, in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering by the Republic of Guatemala of $565 million aggregate principal amount of 7.050% notes due 2032.

The transaction priced on September 27, 2023, and is expected to settle on October 4, 2023.
