Cleary Gottlieb is representing Ricoh Europe, B.V., the European subsidiary of the Japanese printer and copier manufacturer, in its acquisition of the European operations of Danka Business Systems Plc, a UK listed company, for a purchase price of $210 million. The share purchase agreement was signed on October 12 in Tokyo and the transaction is expected to close at the end of the year.
