Robin Bergen Recognized in Inaugural Edition of Benchmark Litigation's Top 250 Women in Litigation

Cleary Gottlieb partner Robin M. Bergen was selected by Benchmark Litigation for the first edition of Top 250 Women in Litigation. The magazine honors 250 female litigators in all 50 U.S. states, plus the District of Columbia, for their achievements in the field.

The guide notes that Ms. Bergen “specializes in securities and white-collar investigations, in which she has represented corporations and individuals in Department of Justice, state regulatory and Securities and Exchange Commission queries. She has provided counsel to asset managers with matters regarding the Madoff Ponzi scheme and to Wall Street financial institutions in government investigations related to collateralized debt obligations.”
