Cleary Gottlieb is representing Roquette in its acquisition of the Pharma Solutions segment of International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF).
The acquisition signed on March 19, 2024, and is expected to close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
