Rosinter Restaurants in Joint Venture with Costa Coffee

Cleary Gottlieb is representing OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding in its joint venture with Costa Coffee, a subsidiary of Whitbread plc, to launch the Costa Coffee chain in Russia.

More than 200 Costa stores will open over the next five years, concentrating on Moscow and Saint Petersburg in the first year, and then expanding to other Russian regions. Whitbread and Rosinter intend to open Costa stores in Ukraine and Belarus at a later date.
