Santa Fe Makes International Debt Offering Debut

Cleary Gottlieb represented The Province of Santa Fe, a province of The Republic of Argentina, in its debut international debt offering of $250 million 6.900 percent notes due 2027.
The notes were offered in the United States in a private placement under Rule 144A and outside of the United States in reliance on Regulation S.
The offering priced on October 25, 2016, and closed on November 1, 2016. J.P. Morgan served as global coordinator and joint bookrunner, and Citigroup and HSBC served as joint bookrunners. Mercado Argentino de Valores served as local manager and Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe served as financial advisor.
