Sixth Street Growth Invests in Gravitee

Cleary Gottlieb represented Sixth Street Growth in its Series C investment in Gravitee, a leading agentic API and event management company.

Sixth Street led the financing round, which included participation from existing investors, Riverside Acceleration Capital and Albion VC. The new funding will be used to fund the development of new product features and Gravitee’s expansion into new markets.

Founded in 2015, Gravitee is recognized as a 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for API Management. It enables organizations to securely orchestrate, govern, and observe all digital traffic—across APIs, real-time event streams, and agentic AI systems.
