Sodiaal International in €30 Million Bond Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Sodiaal International in connection with the issue of €10 million 3.44% bonds due December 31, 2018 and €20 million 3.74% bonds due December 31, 2019. The bonds are listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The offering, consisting of a French private placement, launched and priced on July 29, 2013 and closed on July 31, 2013.

This offering was led by Kepler Capital Market SA as Lead Manager.

Sodiaal International is a holding company that owns the business units of the Sodiaal Group, the leading dairy cooperative group in France (with stakes in Yoplait and Candia).
