Cleary Gottlieb represented Stanley Ventures, the venture capital arm of Stanley Black & Decker Inc., in its entry into a minority equity investment in Fabric8Labs, Inc.

Fabric8 is a developer and manufacturer of an innovative non-thermal metal 3D printing process.

Stanley invested in Fabric8’s Series Seed preferred stock. The transaction signed and closed on May 30, 2018.
