Steve was profiled in an accompanying article that highlights his work helping Dubai-based sovereign wealth fund Meraas Capital unload its 20 percent minority interest in the iconic GM Building and representing Kien Huat Realty in the restructuring of a complex debt package secured by Foxwoods Resort Casino.
