Suzano in $1.775 Billion Revolving Credit Facility Agreement

Cleary Gottlieb represented Suzano International Finance B.V. (a subsidiary of Suzano S.A.) in securing a $1.775 billion five-year (with a two-year extension alternative) revolving credit facility.

The facility agreement was signed on February 5, 2026.

Suzano is the world’s leading producer of eucalyptus pulp and one of Latin America’s largest paper manufacturers.

Cleary has been counsel to Suzano in several corporate and capital markets matters and previously advised on a Suzano’s sustainability-linked loan agreement, as well as bond offerings.
