Cleary Gottlieb is representing Sysco Corporation (Sysco), which announced on May 20, 2021, that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Greco and Sons.
Sysco is the global leader in selling, marketing, and distributing food products to restaurants, healthcare and educational facilities, lodging establishments, and other customers who prepare meals away from home. Its family of products also includes equipment and supplies for the foodservice and hospitality industries.
Greco and Sons is a leading independent Italian specialty distributor in the United States. It operates 10 distribution centers servicing 22 geographies nationwide, with approximately $800 million in annual revenue.
