The follow-on offering included a public offering in India and a Rule 144A/Reg S international placement, marking the first placement by Tata Steel in the U.S. under Rule 144A. Tata Steel’s equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. The offering closed on January 29.
