Cleary Gottlieb is representing Temasek in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX).
As part of the agreement, the existing owner, private equity firm Thoma Bravo, will retain a minority position, and current GHX senior management will continue to lead the company. Terms of the transactions were not made publicly available.
Temasek is an investment company based in Singapore. GHX is a provider of cloud-based supply chain management technology and services to health care providers and suppliers.
