Thales in Acquisition of Imperva

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Thales SA (Thales) in its acquisition of Imperva Inc. (Imperva) from Thoma Bravo in an all-cash transaction that values Imperva at an enterprise value of $3.6 billion.

The transaction signed on July 24, 2023, and is expected to close by the beginning of 2024, upon completion of customary antitrust and regulatory approvals and subject to other customary closing conditions.
