This is The Home Depot’s first significant acquisition since the mid-2000s when Cleary Gottlieb represented The Home Depot on the three largest acquisitions in the company’s history. The Home Depot is the world’s largest home improvement specialty retailer. Redbeacon lets consumers connect with various service professionals for home maintenance, repair and remodeling needs. The transaction closed on January 20.
