Cleary Gottlieb partners Tihir Sarkar and Sunil Gadhia have been included on the India Business Law Journal’s 2021 “International A-List.”
The IBLJ recognized Tihir for Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital, and Sunil for Dispute Resolution. The IBLJ added that Tihir “is a recognized expert acting for sovereign wealth funds and major multinationals with respect to their foreign direct investment into India,” citing his leading work for natural resources, technology, media, and communication clients.
