Tihir Sarkar Named to Financial News’ Fifty Most Influential Lawyers 2026 List

Cleary Gottlieb partner Tihir Sarkar has been named to the fifth edition of Financial News’ “Fifty Most Influential Lawyers 2026” list.

This marks Tihir’s third appearance on the list, having also been recognized in the 2025 and 2023 editions.

Financial News’ “Fifty Most Influential Lawyers 2026” list recognizes heads of the UK’s biggest firms, London or European leaders at the U.S.’s legal powerhouses, and finance lawyers at the helm of top practices.
