Timken’s $350 Million Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters, led by BofA Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, in an offering of $350 million of 4.125% senior notes due 2032 by The Timken Company (Timken).

The offering priced on March 22, 2022, and closed on March 28, 2022.
