The notes are guaranteed by Total S.A. (Total). The transaction, which priced on February 11, 2019, and closed on February 19, 2019, was managed by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc., SG Americas Securities LLC, BBVA Securities Inc., and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC.
