Cleary Gottlieb acted as counsel to TPG Capital LLC in its sale by way of competitive auction of the entire issued and outstanding share capital of Victoria Plum Limited and M.F.I. Direct Limited (together, Victoria Plum) to affiliates of investment fund Endless LLP.
The sale completed on October 16, 2019, following approval of the transaction by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Victoria Plum is a leading online retailer of fitted bathrooms and kitchens in the United Kingdom. Cleary acted for TPG in its initial investment in the business in 2014, as well as in a number of other matters related to the business up to 2019.
