Cleary Gottlieb is representing TPG in connection with its sale of all of its interests in HCP Packaging to an investment vehicle affiliated with Baring Private Equity Asia.
HCP designs, develops and manufactures packaging containers for the cosmetics, skincare and fragrance industries. The transaction was signed on December 9, 2015 and closed on January 8, 2016. Cleary advised TPG on its acquisition of HCP in 2012.
