Cleary Gottlieb assisted TPG Special Situations Partners in the acquisition of Excelsia Nove, an Italian real estate portfolio company previously controlled by the Al Rajhi family.
The acquisition was completed in the context of the restructuring of the financial indebtedness of the target.
