VCREDIT Holdings in $186 Million IPO

Cleary Gottlieb represented Credit Suisse Ltd. (Hong Kong), Goldman Sachs LLC (Asia), and JPMorgan Securities Ltd. (Far East) as joint sponsors and joint global coordinators in the $186 million initial public offering, including over-allotment option, of VCREDIT Holdings Ltd.

The shares began trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 21, 2018, and the over-allotment option was partially exercised on July 12, 2018.
