Cleary Gottlieb represented Vivendi, a French international media conglomerate, in a €1 billion syndicated credit facility arranged by Banco Santander S.A., the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Barclays Capital (the Investment Banking Division of Barclays Bank Plc), BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Crédit Mutuel – CIC acting through Banque Fédérative di Crédit Mutuel, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., Goldman Sachs International, HSBC France, Natixis, Nomura International Plc, the Royal Bank of Scotland Plc and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking.
The facility agreement was signed on September 24, 2010.
