Vivendi in €750 Million Issuance under Euro MTN Program

Cleary Gottlieb represented Vivendi in the issue of €750 million 2.375% notes due January 21, 2019 under Vivendi’s €12 billion Euro Medium Term Note Program. The deal closed on July 17, 2013.

This issuance refinances a bond with a 7.75% coupon initially issued for a five year period, due in January 2014 and will also enable Vivendi to maintain its average debt maturity at more than four years.
