Zions Bancorporation in $525 Million Equity Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs in a $525,000,000 registered public offering by Zions Bancorporation of 17,617,450 shares of common stock. The offering priced on July 28 and closed on July 31.

Cleary has acted as counsel on behalf of the underwriters for various offerings by Zions Bancorporation since September 2008.
