Morgan Securities LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC, in cash tender offers by Zions Bancorporation, National Association (Zions Bancorporation) to purchase any and all of its outstanding 3.5% senior notes due 2021 and 3.35% senior notes due 2022.
The tender offer launched June 16, 2020.
