Cleary Gottlieb international lawyer Joao Guilherme Thiesi da Silva authored the article, “Changes and Convergence of Bankruptcy Law: Recent Experience in Brazil.”
Joao presented this paper at the International Insolvency Institute’s (III) 22nd Annual Conference in Toronto, where it was awarded the the 2022 Gold Medal Prize in International Insolvency Studies.
At the conference, Joao was also inducted into the III’s NextGen Leadership Program.
