In the judgment, dated May 25, 2021, the International Commercial Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Paris dismissed the Republic of Libya’s application to set aside the arbitration award rendered on November 7, 2018 in the treaty-based arbitration between Cengiz İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş and the Republic of Libya.
