Cleary Gottlieb senior counsel James Peaslee has published a new edition of his book (co-authored with David Z. Nirenberg) on the taxation of securitization transactions.
The book, which is published by Tax Analysts and updated to reflect the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, uses securitizations as a framework for addressing a wide range of topics of interest in a financially oriented tax practice.
