Cleary partner James M. Peaslee has published a new edition of his book (co-authored with David Z. Nirenberg) on the taxation of securitization transactions. The book is Federal Income Taxation of Securitization Transactions and Related Topics, Frank J. Fabozzi Associates 2011. The book has been expanded to serve as a practitioner’s handbook, addressing a range of topics that are important in a financially-oriented tax practice.
