H.R. 5585, The Financial Netting Improvements Act of 2006

On Tuesday, December 12th, President Bush signed into law H.R. 5585, the Financial Netting Improvements Act of 2006 (the “Act”). The Act became effective immediately and will be Public Law 109-390.
