Cleary Gottlieb counsel Boaz Morag and associate Katie Gonzalez played key roles in the creation and promotion of the New York City Bar Association Working Group’s report on Three Private International Law Treaties (the COCA Convention, Judgments Convention, and Singapore Convention).
Boaz served as chair of the working group, and Katie served as the lead assistant.
Boaz and Katie presented the report at the U.S. State Department Advisory Committee on Private International Law Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. They also plan to present the report at an April meeting of the International Arbitration Club of New York.
