The Public Competition Enforcement Review, Edition 13

Cleary Gottlieb partners Marco D’Ostuni and Giuseppe Scassellati-Sforzolini, senior attorney Luciana Bellia, associate Michael Tagliavini, and stagiaire Francesco Trombetta authored the “Italy” chapter in the 13th edition of The Public Competition Enforcement Review, which was published by The Law Reviews.

The Public Competition Enforcement Review is an annual survey of developments in public competition law enforcement in jurisdictions worldwide. Among other things, it examines the practical implications of recent enforcement activity regarding cartels, restrictive agreements, abuse of dominance, state aid, and merger control.
