The article discusses the judgement of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw which upheld the decision of the President of the Polish Competition Authority in which Sfinks Polska S.A. was found to infringe Art. 6(1) of the Polish Competition and Consumer Protection Act by imposing fixed resale prices for meals in restaurants operating under brand “Sphinx”.
