On March 2, 2007, the London office authored an alert memorandum entitled “U.K. Court Limits Scope For Forum Shopping In Private Antitrust Litigation”. The memorandum provides useful clarification on the circumstances in which the English courts will accept jurisdiction over competition infringements alleged to have occurred outside the U.K., thus limiting the scope for forum shopping by claimants.
