Adrian Scholl’s practice focuses on tax law and corporate transactions.
He advises on all tax and corporate law aspects of reorganizations, and all tax aspects of international and national M&A and capital markets transactions. He regularly represents clients in tax controversy matters.
Adrian joined the firm in 2022.
From 2020 to 2021, he was a stagiaire in the Frankfurt office.
