Akosua Kyereme-Tuah’s practice focuses on intellectual property disputes.

Akosua has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the International Trade Commission, and the Federal Circuit. Akosua’s patent litigation experience covers a variety of technologies including wireless communications, video streaming, semiconductors, and fiber technology.

Her previous experience includes working as a primary patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to law school, Akosua worked as a software development engineer and a management consultant.

Akosua joined the firm in 2026.
